"I Have a much better understanding of what is important and how to prioritise my time for me  then to look after others.

It was excellent, I felt safe & could speak openly& honestly with Paula. I have learnt if I look after myself & make time for me. I can then help others in a better way.

Also the breathing exercises help when I can’t sleep or I need to relax".
